| PROCESS Marketing & Services (P) Ltd. (or 'PMS', as it is popularly known) was started with the objective of bringing quality healthcare and processed food products to the consumers at a reasonable price. In keeping with this objective, we had started with a range of herbal healthcare products, pharmaceuticals and processed food products, which were manufactured as per the best international standards but were competitively priced. Over the years, we have expanded our product portfolio to include premium quality herbal cosmetics and other healthcare products also. |

| In the future, we are planning to enter into the retail sector, wherein we will not only be retailing our existing line of products, but we will be widening our product range to include various other consumer goods also. In this regard, we welcome any expression of interest from other business houses, who would be interested in entering the retail sector in collaboration with us, either in India or overseas. |

With respect to the health care products being
manufactured and marketed by us presently, the aim is to focus on breakthrough
products, which  are completely safe, have no side-effects and are
not being marketed by any other company, either in India or in South
Asia as a whole. In this regard, we are open to tie-ups with other manufacturers for marketing of products that
have the potential of revolutionising the world of medicine in the
near future. |

| We believe that the future of medicine lies in integrated medicine, more specifically amongst that, in herbal remedies. Presently, only a minute part of the wonders of natural medicine is known to us. When we can truly understand the kind of remedies that nature can provide us with, we will be able to get cures for most of the diseases, considered to be incurable today, if not all. Therefore, we want to act as an incubator or facilitator for other pharmaceutical/health care companies who are doing pioneering research work and have developed truly exceptional products but are not marketing their products in this region or do not have the necessary expertise to do so. |

All our cosmetic products are made with the finest quality essential oils and extracts sourced from across the world. |

| In addition to the wide range of herbal healthcare products and pharmaceutical products, we are also marketing a select range of processed food products. We market these products both in the retail and institutional markets in India and other countries. |
