Transfer of Technology

We specialise in providing technology for the manufacture of Free Flowing Salt, Dairy Products, Starch  & its derivatives, Baker's Yeast and Instant Tea & Coffee.

Project Management

The services provided by us include detailed project study, identification of potential problems and suggesting remedies, monitoring the implementation etc.

Project Implementation

Based on our expertise gained over the years, we provide complete project implementation services comprising of site identification, detail engineering, procurement assistance, site supervision and manpower selection.

Procurement Assistance

This is a service which we normally extend to the large and medium corporates, whereby they can entrust us their entire procurement responsibility and we, as their authorized buying and negotiating agency undertake the complete pre-purchase activity of identifying vendors, inviting tenders/offers, negotiation of prices, terms, conditions etc. and finally putting up our recommendations to the management for finalisation of vendor/s and placement of orders. Subsequently, we supervise/undertake all purchasing activity on a regular basis. In this way the company does not require to maintain their own purchase department/staff and can reduce their over-heads.

Marketing Assistance

We, as an experienced marketing firm, offer our services to manufacturers/their representatives in the finalisation of marketing strategy, undertaking market feasibility studies, assisting in advertising and publicity and undertaking full supervision of marketing of their products.
